
Green Realtor Austin
Ghandi never had much of an opinion about green real estate in Austin Texas, so it’s down to John Stovall, Vice President for Business Development of EcoBroker International to spread the word.
The Austin Institute of Real Estate (AIRE) is hosting another EcoBroker designation class with John Stovall at the start of May 2009. It’s a great way to learn about sustainable building, energy efficient homes, and healthy homes too.
When I became EcoBroker certified, I was truly inspired by the instruction and the fellow students. One positive action I took was for my own home.
Learning more about the incentives and rebates available for solar panel installations in Austin, I started the process of getting my home at Mueller ready for solar. Work started yesterday on the installation!

Its great to see Austinites quickly coming around on solar! Florida has been at it for years, but I see us catching up over the next 5 or 6 years. We have a lot of ground to make, but our incentives here in Austin are nearly quadruple what they have in Florida. visit
