Green Builders Inc could be removed from the stock exchange if it doesn’t comply with listing rules. Green Builders - stock symbol GBH -could soon be de-listed from the NYSE Alternex US if it doesn’t submit a plan by February 23rd about how it’s going to get back on track.
In essence, the stock exchange has doubts as to whether the company will be able to keep going and meet its financial obligations due to the nature of it’s losses.

As recently as November 2008, Green Builders Inc were honored by the Texas Association of Builders for their affordable green homes, in addition to receiving accolades from the National Association of Home Builders and Energy Star®. They have communities near Georgetown, Buda, and Driftwood, and build on your lot programs within 50 miles of Austin.
The proliferation of green home features is more consumer driven than policy driven, so perhaps the slowing of the Austin housing market at the end of 2008 is the culprit here.
